Looking for Labview Gui by David J. Ritter CANT SEEM TO GET IT

I'd like to buy this book, does somebody on the forum know where to get it? Tried ebay, amazon etc. nowhere available. An E-book would do too though I would like the CD-rom contents too.

Of course I'll be paying for it!

Thats an E-book but I think I'll do with that. Thank you!! Only thing missing  will be the CD-ROM then. Anyone on this forum who has the contents of that CD?

Of course... you need a creditcard to purchase. I never even owned one, and it wont take paypal.

Anyone got another suggestion? Hardcover preferred!

You also can order it via a book store with the ISBN number, if there's a copy left you will be able to order it (as a colleague told me).

Sold out everywhere. Must be printed in a limited quantity of 10 copies or something.
