Low-level FIR Filter

How can i create a low-level FIR Decimation Filter in Labview with user-specified co-efficient, taps, down factor and delay?

There are multiple options available I am not sure which is the best suited.

I have a LabWindows/CVI code which is using Intel Signal Processing Library NSP which I need to replicate in LabVIEW since the support for NSP library is over. Please help this is a very important project.

Open up the NI Example Finder and type "FIR" in the keyword box on the Search tab. Those results should help you get started designing and characterizing your filter.
