SMTP Port settings

So I cant find what forum im supposed to be on. I dont use labview but my current situation is: 

I am running Lookout 6.7.1 on two computers both on the same network. One of the PC's will send out mailers no problem. The other will not. I load the the program file onto the computer that is sending the mailers out and it works. I dont know if I have a port setting wrong or what, but I cannot find out where to change this setting. Both computers, to me, are set up identically. Both have internet but only one is authenticating and actually connection to the smtp server. Thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from anyone that could help.

Is "Lookout" a 3rd party email app?  I also see some kind of security app named "Lookout".
