Manipulating STFT Data

Hello,

I'm trying to extract the  Spectral, time, and amplitude data from the STFT. I can't seem to figure out how to pull the data out of the STFT function... Can anyone provide some help / tips? The context help box doesn't provide much information on the output of the STFT vi.

I've circled in red the STFT vi i'm using. Everything to the right of it has been my fruitless attempts at extracting data.

The thread ends with the same confusion that i'm dealing with. They got their STFT to work, but they don't understand that output array. It doesn't seem to correspond to the Frequency, Time or Amplitude of what is displayed on the graph.
