Mass compile yields false errors

This is a LV6.1 scenario. I'm mass compiling a large group of vi's. When the compile finishes the list comes up with several bad vi errors. When I load those vi's, however, they are all fine, no broken arrows. I've never seen this before. Has anyone else seen this or know what might be causing it?

Do you have additional vi's of the same name?  or does that vi call sub-vi's that could have duplicate names?  If so, do those additional vi's or sub-vi's have a broken arrow?
