Mathscript not found in Labview 8.6

Dear all,

I am a user of the labview 8.6, Full Developmental version. I want to use my script containing the mathscript node that I made on the labview 8.5, full developmental version, but I can't open this script on the version of 8.6. When I eliminated the mathscript node from the script, I opened it successfully on the labview 8.6. I can't find the mathscript function on the block diagram function palette there, although it does exist on the HELP in the software. To my knowledge, the mathscript function exist in the 8.6 version as well as in the 8.5 version. I can't figure out my issue. Plese give me any suggestions.

Hey,

I would guess in LV 8.5 you activated "Full Development System with MathScript", and in LV8.6 only "Full Development System".

Please check that in your License Manager (Start>Programms>National Instruments>License Manager).

If you dont have the MathScript your contracts content might have changed from 8.5 to 8.6

Anyway I would suggest to contact your local NI Office then, they can find out whats the content under your serial number.

Thank you for your quick response! You are right. my status was Full Development System "without" MathScript. I recativated Full Development System "with" MathScript through the regitraration process.
