My example, which was only meant as a starting point, doesn't send the post-processing results to any file. It only displays them on the graph. But you could certainly modify the program to have it save that post-processed data to a file. For the sake of our discussion, I'd recommend you save any such mods under a new filename.
One pretty easy mod would be to write the array of post-processed waveform chunks into the *same* TDMS file using a new group name.
