Missing Software Installation Web Service 14.0.0 on my host PC

I have installed LabVIEW 2014 on a brand new laptop using NI Device Driver disc which is labeled August 2014 and updated Linux Security Update Compact RIO Nov 2014 after installation (NI RIO 14.0.1 was installed before the upgrade)

I had an issue when talk to NI9068 which already has drivers loaded.

Message that shows in MAX is NI-RIO 14.0.1 is older version on host and Software Installation WebService 14.0.0 is not available on host. please refer to the attachment.

Does the Compact RIO Nov 2014 upgrade NI RIO to 14.1.1 which is the version that is being installed on my cRIO? if not, where can I download NI RIO 14.1.1?

also where can I get Software Installation WebService 14.0.0?

Did you make sure you installed the NI System Configuration 14.0.1 run-Time Engine update too?

yes, I did. it didn't show anything wrong when updating.

Problem solved. The issue was that upgrade were installed by running .exe files without using NI Update Service. I uninstalled it and reinstalled from NI Update Service application, problem solved.
