Missing external function lvanlys.dll" when running custom EXE Applicatin

Hello!
There is a problem when opening my application to use Cubic Spline on another computer that is running Runtime, and there is a necessary library lvanlys.dll in the directory with the application in a folder (C: \ Program Files (x86) \ National Instruments \ Shared \ LabVIEW Run-Time \ 2015) .But the problem persists. Please help.

usually lvanlys.dll is placed by application builder into data folder next to exe.

Does it run immediately after build?

Yes, it puts. On your PC, which made assembly -Works.

Try to copy the whole built folder including data to your destination PC.

I would also avoid putting custom programs into folders that might have restrictions to execute files by user.
