NI-9871 Loop back test not working

Hi,

I just bought a NI-9871 serial modul for my cRIO-9064. I'm having problems getting it work. Here is some information about the C-RIO:

The 9870 and 9871 scan engine support is installed (using add software in MAX)

The cRIO chassi i set in scan mode

The power to 9871 is connected 10 VDC

The D-SUB pins 4 is connected to 8 and 5 is connected to 9.

I'm using the following VI to test the module but no response what so ever.

The port address corresponds to the second port according to MAX. 

What have I missed?
