NI MAX does not recognize an instrument connected via USB

Solved!
Go to solution

Hi!

I'm trying to develop drivers in LabVIEW for an USB instrument. My problem is that on NI max, I do not see the instrument. In Windows devices (windows 7 - 64 bit), it is recognized as: USBIO controlled devices - USBIO Device: VID = 03EB PID = 2FFB, and with its software installed on the PC works correctly. How can I solve?

Thank you

These are some results after searching for "ni max usb devices" using Google.  They should point you in the right direction.
