NI-MAX with Arduino UNO, Arduino is detected but with error "no support device found"

My PC OS in Windows 11 Pro

I'm using Labview community

My Arduino UNO R3 that is connect to USB COM4

In my Arduino i upload the LINX firmware

When I run MAX it detect something on COM4 

but when I try to create new data neighborhood it not working (see images below)

I search NI site and the web without success

Hope someone can help me ,  thanks

You cannot use DAQmx or CAN with Arduino/LINX, so you cannot create anything useful in DataNeighborhood!

 

You need to use LINX in LabVIEW to communicate with the LINX firmware in your Arduino…
