NI Max and LabVIEW does not recognize my GPIB USB card anymore

It was working, didn't touch it for a week. Now this. Before I fixed it by installing a demo of labview on a new computer but now it doesn't work on that either. Lost at what to do.

Do you have NI-488.2 installed?

 

If you do, could you take another screenshot of MAX with the "software" list expanded fully?

Check the compatibility chart at this link and see if your software version is compatible with hardware.

Yes, that's weird, it appears 19.5 isn't on the support list but it was working not too long ago.

Here is the picture of the software list expanded. I'm on a evaluation version of LabVIEW 2019 so it should have most things.

EDIT: It does have 19.0 support I was reading the wrong section.

I recently ran into this problem.  I had to "repair" NI-488.2 through NI Package Manager.  Then it worked just fine after a reboot.
