Thank you for your reply and the link.

It is very useful but:

Please see attached screen shot from the error I have got.

It asks for imaq.dll

I used Max FTP to transfer the file

I found two of them with different size

1.69 MB on system32

and

1.4 MB under RT IMAGE

 

I tried to transfer one of them

 

but it gave error

Do you have an idea about the right way to transfer the file?

Pleasae read the error from the vi and correct me if I am wrong.

It sounds like the Vision Development Module Run-Time Engine (VDM RTE) needs to be installed on the Smart Camera (or the same version needs to be installed).

 

This white paper talks about installing the VDM RTE on the target machine. Essentially, the VDM RTE needs to be installed on the Smart Camera (right-click on the camera in MAX and select Add/Remove Software). See the last section as it talks about getting the VDM RTE on the target machine.
