Where did you purchase this device?  NI? eBay? Other?

Heads up! NI has moved LabVIEW to a mandatory SaaS subscription policy, along with a big price increase. Make your voice heard.

Can you see it in Device Manager?

Do you have NI-DAQmx installed?

Are you plugging directly into the USB port on your laptop (no USB hub)?

Have you tried rebooting to give Windows a chance to update drivers?

Do you have another USB cable you could swap in?
