NI-VISA 16 on windows 10 64-bit Driver power state failure

I was set Greek Region Settings and I changed to English (USA) but the same results. I' m gonna use the same installations on windows 7 32 bit on the same PC to check if it's an operating system problem or my hardware and drivers. Thanks for your help.

The same results on WIndows 7 32 bit on the same laptop. When windows 7 loads a blue screen appears again and windows restarts.

This really sounds like either

a) a BIOS issue or

b) a corrupt installation media

As you tried the downloaded NI VISA installer only as well as the driver DVD, is assume that option b) is VERY unlikely.

I recommend to check with a totally different system. If that works correctly, you have pinpointed the issue to a hardware/BIOS issue on the specific computer.
