NILM multiple licensing options

I would like to ask, whether it is possible to have multiple different license versions bound to single library/exe with NILM (e.g. both development and run-time license)

I am unsure I understand the question. NI License Manager will hold all the licenses you have for your NI software and you can store more than one serial number for different products. For example: one license number for LabVIEW and a different one for DIAdem.
