Ni VISA 15.0.1 Installation Failure

Thanks for any help you can give me.

The instalation of WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe from NIVISA1501full.zip fails with the error "Setup Error. Not enough memory resources are avaiabe to process this command".

The error from Setup.exe is "ConfigInfo.cpp(2902): InstallerError 10004
Fatal Error. Operation aborted.
Initialization aborted."

I have tried 2 PCs.

NI VISA 24.8 installs ok.

The application that needed 15 and would not work with 24.0 has worked with 24.0 so I no longer need to get 15 to install.

I am new and I can't find how to close this Item so far, I wil keep looking.
