Not Loading Export Device configurator File

I am moving an application from one computer to a new one. Lease ran out. I get the following mesaage when I try to load my tasks and scales using the Export Device Configurator.

Ni-DAqmx8.7-50204

the specified file could not be opened. The operation could not be completed as specified. I have attached the file and messages below.

What am I doing wrong?

Could you attach the screenshot of the error? Also, which OS and LabVIEW version you are using?

Which OS you are using? Windows XP, Windows 7? 32bits or 64 bits? We would like to check the compatibility of LabVIEW, drivers and OS.

I was upgraded to windows 7 and have a 32 bit system. It is not seeing the Compact DaQ for some reason.

Hi Carmen,

I am using Windows 7 and a 32 bit Dell.  I receive the same error 50204 when I try to create a scale for the Compact DaQ. For some reason maybe compatability or maybe something else (missing software or settings I am not seeing the Compact DaQ as a device in MAX.
