Not able to Install software on Real Time PXI.

Solved!
Go to solution

I installed LabVIEW 2023 using the NI Package Manager and selected the LabVIEW Real-Time Add-On for installation. Installation was successful.

After the installation completed on my PC, I'm trying to install it on the RT system, but the Real-Time Software Wizard isn't listing any software options.

Do you have any insights on this issue?

I've attached the list of installed software on my PC for reference.

It looks like your PXI controller is running Pharlap. Pharlap is no longer supported in LabVIEW 2022 or later. You might need to change it to Linux RT, if it is supported. See Provisioning a Controller to the NI Linux Real-Time Operating System

If your PXI controller model does not support Linux RT, you need to downgrade everything to version 2021 or earlier.

Absolutely, you’re right! I just figured it out. It’s been a while since I started using the RT system, and it looks like there’s been a lot of changes and even more to learn!
