I'm not able view the software which is installed in my RT and it is saying Not able to contact Remote RT. Can anyone help on this

What is the status of the controller? Is it showing Connected? What if you refresh NI MAX?

The status of controller is connected. After doing refresh also there is no change in the behavior.

According to the screen shot you posted, the Controller is not connected, or at least is not able to establish a TCP/IP connection to it. Maybe the Ethernet cable is not plugged in at both ends? Maybe a Driver isn't installed? [Kind of hard to "see" what is going on -- you'll need to be our "eyes"].
How about asking MAX to expand the Software Tab on the Host (and post a screen-shot). Can you expand the "Devices and Interfaces" tab on the Remote System (and post a screen shot)?
