OPC UA Create Certificate: - Error -356704

Hello everyone,

I am trying to set up an OPC UA Server and Client in LabVIEW 2020 SP1 with the OPC UA Toolkit. Therefore I am looking into the OPC UA example provided by labVIEW. 

However, whenever I try to start a server, a client or even just the "create certificate.vi" itself the "Error -356704" is thrown:

I already deactivated the security policies and servers and clients are configured to "trust all client" respectively "trust all servers".

I am an administrator on my PC and run labVIEW as an admin too. And I already reinstalled LabVIEW and the necessary packages. 

Does anyone have an idea what might be the root cause of this?
