Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I was using BLE toolkit without problems, but recently it stopped to work. When I import fresh dll form archive I got message:

 and after clicking ok I've got error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." on simple code like invoke .net and BLE connect

is there a way to bring it back to life?

so it doesn't work again despite following all the points from the article...

do you ave any other ideas how to enable this dll for access ?
