Open VI on RT PXI from Embedded UI

I have enabled Embedded UI on my PXI running RT-Linux. I can deploy a VI via Source Distribution onto PXI. Can I also open the VI from Terminal, then do some configuration and push the run button? I tried already:

/usr/local/natinst/labview/lvrt path/to/vi

but lvrt complains about missing liblvrt.so23.0 and others, so I am curious if there is a bash file or so to open/start VI's from Embedded UI or Command line

For now I am only able to create a startup application, which immediately runs.
