Optimization additional friction
Hi, I have a question. Please see the picture. I am making a simulation model for the motion of a pneumatic cylinder. In the picture, the white plot is from my simulation model, while the red line is the data from experiment(Displacement Vs time). So the task for me now, is to optimize my model, and make the white line to be the same as the red line(or very close to the red line). I suppose to add an additional friction to do it. Is there anyone, who have such experience and kindly tell me which optimization tool should I use? Because I would like to add a friction, which depends on the displacement and the velocity. So I get couple of parameters to deterimin. Such as Friction=f(displacement)+f(velocity)
