Thank you for your reminder. But maybe I didn't make it clear. I mean, while all kinds of autotuning VIs have internal conversion function, the PID VIs (namely, the PID. VI and PID Advanced. VI) don't have such inherent conversion so the user should use PID Structure Conversion. VI along with them if necessary, right?

Yes, the conversion VI was designed to allow people to convert their well known structures into the one used by PID.vi and Advanced PID.vi. Then, if you try to use any other technique for tuning, you need to be aware of the structure and do the correct conversion to our one.
In short, you are right... 🙂
