PaneRelief won't load in LV2023

I went to try out the PaneRelief plugin today, but it won't load for me (see error screenshot below).

The actor framework was broken on my system, but I did the latest LV update and the Actor Framework library appears fixed and Actor Core.vi can load, and yet PaneRelief is still failing to open, complaining and Error Code 3: [Actor Core.vi] could not load front panel).

 Could it be that PaneRelief requires an update to un under LV2023?

It is not the Actor Framework that does not work, it is the Panel Actor's Actor Core.vi you need to look at. 
Find the Panel Actor Class and open it up. Look at the Actor Core.vi for that class. 

You could try to recompile the folder for the Panel Actor.
