Use the PeakDetector on your measurement data to find the peaks.

What is a "subset of the peaks"?

What have you tried so far?

Did you try the PeakDetector to find your peaks yet?

Are there peaks with an amplitude less than other valleys between your peaks?

You may search for peaks first, then search for valleys between your peaks.

Then use the valley positions to create subsets from your waveform data…
