Problem in performing loopback test between analog output and analog input channels of same device

Hello everybody,

                           I am using PCI-6221 (37) module, and i would like to conduct loopback test on this module by looping back analog output channael to a analog input. By doing the code I am able to generate a DC voltage at Ao0 and measure the same at Ai0. But if I am generating a waveform at Ao0 channel and trying to measure same at Ai0 its nothappening, I don't know where is the problem. I f any one of you have done this exercise before kindly let me know.

I tried to generate a sine waveform of 50 Hz freq and 3 V amplitude at 1000 Hz as sampling rate and analog input side i setted the sampling rate as 3000 Hz
