Programmatically change time/date format on a graph/chart

Is there a way to programmatically change the date format in a chart/graph from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY?

Just look at the menu Tools-> Options->Time and Date.
There you have several options to display your date, time etc.

Thanks for the input. However, I'm looking for a way to be able to change the date format programmatically, transparent to the user (without having the user to change the format from the Tools menu).

At this time, LV doesn't provide that level of control. Check back soon.
