Question about measurement program for FET device

Hello,

I want to measure the FET properties using two keithley 2400 and attached LabVIEW program. But, the strict simultaneous operation can't be seen by the program. So, the gate voltage and drain voltage can't be synchronously applied to the device.

I'm not sure what should I do to fix the program.

I am not familiar with the instrument, but could you synchronize instruments like controller/responder scheme ?
