RIO device setup and flash memory of USRP-2954R

Hi, everyone. I am new for LabView FPGA module. I want to download a designed bitfile into the flash memory of USRP-2954R using LabView 2024 FPGA module. According to the manual below, I follow the next few steps. 

However, when I go to step 3 and right-click the USRP target as below, I do not find the RIO Device Setup. 

According to the manual, this method is only valid for specific FPGA targets with flash memory. Can I confirm here if USRP-2954R has a flash memory ? I have searched it online while I have not got an assured answer.
