RT Target Code not available in Project

I'm trying to have another PC to code a RT project, but it keeps showing as a non-valid target and preventing me from editing the code.

The Development PC on the left did connect to the PXI chassis and used to start the coding.

The other PC trying to be able to edit is on the Right.

This is because you donot in stall RT mew module or Crio in your new PC
