Hi,
As you know that there is no analog read in RPI3 so I am using ADS1015 for Analog to digital converter but I am having problem with interfacing ADC to Raspberry Pi3,, can you please guide me in that,, and also in Labview how Will I communicate with Xbee using Raspberry PI3,, Please need detailed answer an d if .VI is possible then it will be surely very much helpful.

I'm guessing that going to the RPi forums would get you further on part I. After you figure that out, you can come here for LabVIEW advice... or you could pay someone to develop your code for you...

Sir , I just want the ADC interface with RPI using Labview. The ADC interfce uses I2c communication.

Are you talking about using the LINX toolkit to write LabVIEW code directly for the Raspberry Pi?
I was able to communicate with an ADC chip via I2C on the Raspberry Pi - I wrote about it here: https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-47565
