Hello, I have the same problem as described in this post. Moreover, I am looking for a way to control the camera and the motorized headstages. Any news on the way to communicate with the Leica DMI6000 with LabVIEW? Did someone manage to make it work? Thanks

Hi Anand,
I had similar problem to control Leica stereomicroscope. Turned out Leica does provide .NET libraries to users under restricting conditions and without much support but they do work and, with some pain and frustration, can be made to work under LabVIEW. You need to contact their sales associates to request libraries which work with camera-based as well as laser-scanning microscopes.
If you have futher questions, please, write to me smirnov.alx@gmail.com .

It seems the poster before your post did and he describes what he did. You have to contact Leica to get a .Net driver from them and then integrate this in LabVIEW through the .Net functions. He explains that it was a painful process and that he found the licensing conditions for that .Net driver unfavorable, but this is likely the most promising path to follow.
