Read from Spreadsheet Only Reading 1st Column

I want to search for certen organ using a control in the front panal i.e Esophagus (because there are more than one organe in the same file) then read the data for that organ as in the attached image. Wat is between the organ name and the data is not important for me. What are you suggestions?

Here is the text file. I used to have problem loading it due to extension error. i save it again with different name and I hope it will work

There are a number of ways to this depending on what you want.

This should give you a start of how to parse the data.

You should be able to figure the rest.
