    Iam hardly finding the description of this attatced vi,in labview context also there is no brief explination...so iam heartly requesting that plese explain about this vi....

You need to do your research on the MODBUS protocol (i.e. find a source other than NI).  Once you have an understanding of MODBUS, the context help that you reference will make sense.  For this VI, NI has simply implemented the functionality of the MODBUS protocol.

Its an Modbus Read Data VI fro which you need to Secify the Register Value and the Number registers which will give you values for the Specified Holding Registers.
