Recieved error - 1074364414 occurred at an unidentified location

 Hello to All,

Here is the problem that I'm having.  I am receiving error code 1074364414 along with 1074364388, and 1074364414. Here is some background: I am using NI-DAQmx version 8.0.1 with LabView 8.0 support, along with NI vision Acquisition Software version 8.0 on a OS WinXP. The machine that is having the problem was completely changed out with one that is exactly the same with out any problem at it original location. After this machine was installed it too started to experience the same problem as the first machine. The only thing that has not been changed is the 8ft grounding rod, or the Power circuit in the building. I know that the codes point to the Firewire camera. Looking for other solutions then being told that it is a camera problem. The fact that the second machine is having the same problem tells me that it has to do with the location.

Could you please elaborate on what the specific problem is and when it occurs? Also, is there any text associated with the error codes you listed?

What do you mean by this statement?

What I mean is that we installed a Second machine that had no issues at this location. When we started it up the issue that was present on the First machine is now happening on the new machine. Here is Picture of the Error that is being received.

For future reference it isn't necessary to embed an image in a Word document. Just use the insert/edit function which is 10th from the left in the Rich Text menu bar when posting a message.

Because the error doesn't correspond to anything, I'm still not sure what's going on. It seems that you're experiencing a non-descript error.

1. When does this error occur? What actions do you take to cause this error?

2. What hardware are you using?

3. What software are you using?

4. What do you mean that the second machine had no issues after changing its location? What was able to work successfully?

5. What did you start up that caused the issue to occur?
