I was having trouble with my development system running DS 2010 and LV 2010 so I copied my source directory (1.7 GB) to another computer running DS 2009 and LV 2009. I tried to mass compile but the destination systems still complains that the VIs were compiled with a later version.
Is there a way to set them back to 2009? All VIs were originally compiled with 2009 no mods to new features were made after the upgrade to 2010.
Thanks,
jvh

From 2010 you need to do Save for Previous Version... and select 9.0 as the version.

Thanks.
It will only take another 160 minutes to re-copy everything....

Save yourself about 150 of those minutes by reading this thread.

Interesting. This design is so messy I hadn't considered that. The top level folder contains many files of many types including sequence files, ini files, etc. It also contains about 30 subdirectories each with their own lvlibs, Typedef subdirs, and more. The .lvproj file covers many VIs but leaves a lot out, over 1800 total. So I will probably let it run in background while I analyze new test reqs.
Thanks for the idea, I may use it yet.
