Right-clicking in large project locks up LabVIEW for a minute or two

I had this same problem. Removing 'MessageMaker' from GProviders brought back the right click but the I couldn't save all on project and it would get stuck on 'compiling code 8 of 8'.

I think the issue was a reference of a broken type def going into a .vim in a class. After I fixed the type def everything started working again.

And it's not just a slow down; I often have to use task manager to quit (even after a 40 minutes lunch).

I wish this was a joke, but I've started giving LV only a single core for a while (via affinity in Windows), leaving it for 2-3 minutes and then going back to all cores. If it doesn't work the first time, I try a second time. I reckon at least 60% of the time, I can "resurrect" LV this way.

I've been doing it for so long, I don't even remember when I started doing this.
