SCXI-1163 connection to control Relays?

I would like to control relays to turn a heat tape on and off which requires 3-30V input.  Is this possible with the SCXI-1163 Digital Output?  I have a SCXI-1326 module for it.  Would a wire be connected to the VCC or the Ground to get the 5 V across the channel?

Hi Dustin,

As long as your relays conform to TTL standards this device should work well. Also, you should be able to drive the 5V line directly from the channel line.
