SFTP operation after exe conversion.

I performed exe for all vi on a PC with the Lab View 2013 Q1 development environment installed.

And I was able to confirm that the exe works normally on that PC.

But when I execute the exe file on another PC with only Runtime 2013 Q1 installed, I am not able to connect well in the SFTP viewing / uploading part.
Other features are working fine Is there something missing when exercising, or do I need to install something else?
