Hi,

Is there any possibility to run SSR (attached data sheet) via LabVIEW?

I have got NI 9264and NI9265.

Hi gregorian,

Is there any possibility to run SSR (attached data sheet) via LabVIEW?

Maybe!

Which of those 21 variants of that SSR type do you want to use?

I have got NI 9264and NI9265.

Well, the NI9264 only drives upto 4mA per channel, while the SSR (3-32VDC type) needs 7mA.

The NI9265 could drive upto 20mA - but it's a current output and not a voltage output…

Best regards,
GerdW

Hi GerdW,

Maybe you know if there is a module to drive right current to run the relay?

Thanks,

Hi gregorian,

I usually use the simple NI9403 with some transistors/MOSFETs on an additional PCB - this way I can control any kind of relay…

NI recommends the NI9472 to directly control relays.

Why don't you call your local NI sales rep to discuss such questions?

Best regards,
GerdW
