STFT and phase spectrum

Hello,

There is output for amplitude and phase spectrum in conventional FFT, but I couldn't find it in STFT's vi in my advanced signal processing package? Did I overlook anything?

I have successfully generated 2D frequency map (at any particular frequency) by indexing STFT spectrogram. But my ultimate goal is to generate 2D phase mapping (also at any particular frequency) with segmented time steps for my signals. Is there such function in the STFT's vi?

Thanks.

Wallace

There isn't anything specific to getting the phase information out of the STFT.  You would have to go into the VI and modify it to pull out the phase information.

There is a STFT in the TFA section of the signal processing addon but this is for amplitdude.  You can implement a STFT by stepping across you data with time and use the Amplitude and Phase FFT.
