Semiconductor Parameteric Analyzer (415X) Constant Source (V/I) Measurement Data Vi.

Hello,

I am trying to write program to get the measurement of constant Source (V/I) from Semiconductor Parameteric Analyzer Agilent 415X. I have downloadded the driver of HP415xA. 

The problem i am facing is unsure how to erite program to read the measurement data of constant source (SMU). The constant Source will turn off once the delay time ended and thus i do not know how to get the data (I/V) when source is supplying the (V or I)

Kindly please enlighten me if any method to work around. Thank you
