The www isn't much help here, since there is simply too much information.
The HTTP might not be the problem. It could also be the XML string. I did
some searching for you, if you google "chinese xml faq" you'll get some
links to helpful pages. Perhaps there are Chinese pages on the topic?
Sorry, not much help. Do let us know how to do it if you succeed, and if you
have more questions, do ask. Perhaps someone else has answers.
