I have LabView 2010 and LabView 2016 installed on my computer.
I have been working for many years.
Unexpectedly, when connecting devices via the USB interface, the NI SignalExpress program starts automatically.
How can I disable this option?

They recommend running the Device Monitor. I launched the program but couldn’t find the necessary options in it.
SignalExpress version is 4.00
NI-VISA version is 16.0.
USB Device is Tektronix TDS-2014.
