FYI, your link includes a period at the end, so it results in Error 400 when clicked.
It looks like this is just like the Report Gen Toolkit, but uses Open Office instead of needing a Microsoft Office license. So really this is only helpful if you already don't plan on using Microsoft in the first place and instead are okay with Open Office. I haven't used this, but it still uses ActiveX methods, so it should perform the same way Report Gen Toolkit does.
