Does LabView has their own Automotive Ethernet Some/IP AUTOSAR libraries?
I tried to use the files on: https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW-Automotive-Ethernet/SOME-IP-Client-Server-Examples/td-p/3702326
It works, but when trying to change the "Interface version" it always send "0" as hardcoded on the library.

Your question is best to be posted at Automotive and Embedded Networks board.
The SOME/IP Client / Server Examples is just a LabVIEW wrapper of COVESA/vsomeip: An implementation of Scalable service-Oriented MiddlewarE over IP. It is not supported by NI and not actively updated.
The Vehicle Communication Toolkit, powered by AKKA is actively updated and supported by NI. You will need the Full License to use the ARXML and Some/IP feature.

Am I reading correctly you need the $3-4K PXIe modules to even use their toolkit for SOME/IP?
