Hi
Go to help in the toolbar then find examples, search for sound and locate the "Generate sound.vi" The Express VI is not made for generating continuous sound. By the way you should avoid using Express VIs. Using Express VIs is like peeing in your pants a cold winter day. You may get warmer for a few minutes. But after that it will be very cold.

Thank Coq Rouge. That's what I was looking for (a continuous cound). In fact I want to produce white noise through my speakers in a frequency range (i'll use a bandpass filter) controlling the amplitude. Later I'll tell you my results. Thanks for the tip, although it's summer in my country .
Summer or winter, using Express Vis or walking around with wet pants is uncool (in the latter order):smileyvery-happy:. The clicking noise in the you got then using the Express VI. Happened because the sound output system is opened and closed every time you accesses the VI.
